MIAMI — LeBron James had 33 points and 13 assists, Chris Bosh added 22 points and the Miami Heat hardly missed Dwyane Wade in a 118-83 rout of the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night.
James also grabbed eight rebounds and the Heat turned up the defensive intensity without their star guard. Wade sat out with a sore left foot, and his status for Thursday’s game at Atlanta is uncertain.
Roy Hibbert had 16 points and 12 rebounds to lead Indiana. Tyler Hansbrough scored 14.
Wade, a six-time All-Star, injured his foot in the second quarter at Charlotte on Dec. 28. He missed the first 10 minutes of the third period but played regular minutes the rest of the game and in the two that followed.

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Richard Hamilton scored 14 points in his return to The Palace from a groin injury, and Chicago shut down Detroit.
Hamilton went 5 of 9 from the field and added five assists. Derrick Rose had 17 points and 10 assists for the Bulls.
Five Chicago players finished in double figures, led by Carlos Boozer with 19 points. Joakim Noah had 13 points and 11 rebounds.

DALLAS — Dirk Nowitzki scored 20 points in his 1,000th NBA game to lead Dallas over Phoenix.

Lamar Odom added 15 points in his best game since joining the Mavericks in a trade with the Los Angeles Lakers on Dec. 11.

SAN ANTONIO — Tony Parker scored San Antonio’s final six points to lead the Spurs past Golden State.
The Spurs were playing their first game without leading scorer Manu Ginobili, who will have surgery on his broken left hand and is expected to be out at least two months. The Warriors, meanwhile, lost Stephen Curry to a sprained left ankle in the third quarter.
Monta Ellis scored 38 points on 15-of-30 shooting to lead Golden State.

BOSTON — Paul Pierce scored nine of his 24 points during a game-breaking, third-quarter run and Avery Bradley hit his first career 3-pointer to help Boston beat injury-depleted New Jersey.
Reserve Brandon Bass scored 15 and grabbed 13 rebounds, and Rajon Rondo had eight points and 12 assists for the Celtics.
Kevin Garnett had 14 points and 12 rebounds. Bradley finished with 11 points.
